At The Gould Law Firm, L.L.C., Matthew J. Gould strives to achieve the best result for each client. Mr. Gould begins each case with a thorough consultation. From there, he uses his legal skills to research the legal issues and conducts extensive fact investigations including interviewing and/or deposing key witnesses, requesting the production of video and other evidence and when necessary, visits places of interest to photograph, measure and otherwise observe and gather relevant evidence.

Mr. Gould has successfully taken cases to trial in both civil and criminal court and is always prepared to go to trial when it makes sense.  In criminal cases, you may be able to save some money by going with a "pleader," who meets with you one time, requests a recommendation from the prosecutor and pleads you out in court.  In contrast, Mr. Gould will look for holes in the case and with the client's informed consent, Mr. Gould will set the case for preliminary hearing and trial. Remember that you often get what you pay for.  While a deposit is necessary to retain his services, Mr. Gould is amenable to payment plans for the remainder as long as payments are made as promised.

Mr. Gould concentrates in the areas of criminal defense, family law and personal injury. Regardless of the legal need, Mr. Gould will work tirelessly to resolve the matter effectively and efficiently.  Each case is his "baby" and he will fight tooth and nail until final disposition of the case.  Mr. Gould makes communication with his clients a high priority and answers and responds to phone calls and even advertises a hotline for urgent matters.  Mr. Gould welcomes you to come and enjoy the difference.
